Because of the long period operation of decarburization tower, internals corrosion and deposition of impurities, resulting in blockage of gas distributor, drift gas can not be serious, uniform and C liquid contact, C on carbon dioxide absorption effect is poor, resulting in the outlet gas with liquid, ultra purification degree index, increasing the resistance of the system. Carbonization workshop managers quickly formulate maintenance program, in the morning of 27 2# decarburization system parking overhaul.
After nearly ten hours of continuous maintenance, according to the planned time overhaul, the decarburization system returned to normal operation. Both the resistance and the purification degree of the decarburization system are within the target, and the decarbonization system runs well after the overhaul.
