Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Fuyang County Chemical Fertilizer Plant, was established in 1970 and is located at No. 233 Dongsheng Road, Yingdong District. It has now developed into a comprehensive chemical enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. The company is currently a national high-tech enterprise with a provincial-level enterprise technology center. In 2007, Haoyuan successfully implemented a joint venture with Jineng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Coal Group Co., Ltd.), entering a fast track of healthy development. The company currently employs over 3,200 staff members and has total assets of 12 billion yuan.

Currently, the company's main production capacities include an annual output of 1 million tons of liquid ammonia, 1.1 million tons of urea, 100,000 tons of compound fertilizers, 700,000 tons of methanol, 300,000 tons of ethylene glycol, 300,000 tons of hydrogen peroxide, 150,000 tons of dimethyl ether, 260,000 tons of styrene, 200,000 tons of polystyrene, 100,000 tons of biodegradable plastic (PBAT), 40,000 tons of nylon 66 (PA66), 600,000 tons of bottle-grade polyethylene terephthalate (PET), 30,000 tons of isopropylamine, 20,000 tons of morpholine, 12,000 tons of diethylene glycol monoamine, and 12,000 tons of N-methylmorpholine oxide. Among these, urea and methanol products are renowned brands in Anhui Province, ranking first in production scale within the province. The morpholine product is an Anhui Provincial brand and high-tech product, with six invention patents, and its production capacity leads Asia. The diethylene glycol monoamine product is an Anhui Provincial high-tech product, featuring four invention patents, and is independently developed by Haoyuan Company with proprietary intellectual property rights, filling a domestic gap. The "Haoyuan & Co." trademark has been recognized as a well-known trademark by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation.

The company ranks among the top 20 in China's nitrogen fertilizer industry, the top 10 in Anhui Province's new materials industry, the 20th position in Anhui's top 100 private manufacturing enterprises, the 122nd spot in China's top 500 petrochemical and chemical enterprises, and the 446th place in China's top 500 private manufacturing enterprises. It has been jointly awarded the title of "Annual Energy Efficiency 'Leader' Finalist" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine six times in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
