Recently, the urea workshop has been investigated by the urea plant, and the urea dust recovery system is implemented.

Because of the long period of operation, the amount of urea dust in the top of the original pagoda tower is too much, which increases the consumption and causes the pollution of the surrounding environment. The urea dust recovery system adopts the absorption and separation process to recover the dust from the urea granulation tower, which effectively ensures the dedusting effect and the separation of gas and water, and avoids the two pollution caused by atomizing washing liquid outside the pilling tower. After the application of urea dust recovery system, the urea dust content in the tail gas of the prilling tower dropped from 160mg/Nm3 to less than 30mg/Nm3, and the ammonia content dropped from over 120mg/Nm3 to below 10mg/Nm3. The daily recovery of urea was about 2 tons, and the annual benefit increased by several hundred thousand yuan.
