In order to improve the emergency handling capacity of various process accidents and to stabilize production and protect employees' life safety, every workshop of the company actively organized the operator class to carry out process accident drill.

Before the drill, the post operator discussed and worked out a set of drill plan, which was reported to the leader for examination. After that, the post operator was trained on site according to the plan, and all the leaders in the workshop and all the team members were watching and studying. Finally, the leader commented on the rehearsal and pointed out the shortcomings, matters of attention and improvement measures.

Through anti accident drill for all kinds of abnormal process phenomena, operators can improve operator's ability to analyze and handle abnormal process fluctuation and psychological quality when they are in trouble, so that operators can quickly master the correct way to deal with accidents and abnormal phenomena.

Safe production and prevention. Safety in chemical production is the precondition of production, and production can not be guaranteed without safety. Implementing anti accident drilling measures can improve employee's pre-processing ability, help employees further grasp site rules and environment, and is the best way to ensure stable and long-term operation of production.
