The exercise was presided over by Liu Feng, the deputy director of the workshop.

In the drill, the ammonia leakage and the ignition of the flange at the flange of the waste pot valve of the 3 position were assumed to be hypothetical. The cold junction level showed a downward trend, and the temperature of the contact coal seam decreased sharply, and the inlet flow rate decreased. The main operation judgment is caused by the ammonia, then let the auxiliary operation reduce the circulation, and inform the relevant post report monitor and dispatch. During the treatment process, the leakage point of the outlet flange of the waste boiler increases, resulting in electrostatic ignition and can not be extinguished. It is immediately linked to the workshop and scheduling, and a system emergency shutdown plan is adopted. With the gradual decline of the pressure, the fire decreased, and the maintenance personnel succeeded in extinguishing the fire. The repairman changed the leakage of the valve quickly, the instrument worker checked the cooling level meter, and then the system was heated to wait for the drive, and the drill was finished smoothly.

After the rehearsal, Liu Feng summed up the drill. He said that employees should keep the safety first in their operations, keep a clear mind, quickly judge the cause of the accident and deal with it decisively. The training should be normalized, and the emergency plan should be perfected through practice to improve the ability of emergency personnel to deal with the sudden accident.
