In order to carry out the "winter three prevention" safety production policy and check operators' judgement and handling ability for unexpected accidents, in the afternoon of January 16th, the employees in the compression workshop organized 3# desulphurization electrostatic precipitators, gas leakage emergency relief exercises. Ge Haoshan, deputy director of the workshop safety technician Shi Shoukai and the production scheduling Zuhui site exercises.

The main operation of 3# desulfurization found that the inlet volume of 4# electrostatic precipitators decreased, resulting in a high temperature. It was judged that there was a hidden danger in the electrostatic coke removal device, so we immediately reported to the squad leader and the operator, and informed the relevant positions for emergency preparations. At the same time, the Deputy operation is going to check the leak situation on the spot. It is found that the gas leakage from the root of the electrostatic coke removal flange is on fire. Then, put on the gas mask and steam the fire with the monitor. The fire can not be extinguished due to the increase of air leakage at the flange. The workshop leader immediately contacted the company to rescue it. The rescuer arrived at the leak site with fire equipment quickly, and worked together with the workshop staff to extinguish the fire. Subsequently, the repair worker processed the flange gasket, and the instrument calibrate the liquid level, and the drill was completed successfully.

Ge Hao Shan commented on the abnormal process of process analysis, contact and report, the wearing of protective clothing, and the use of fire-extinguishing equipment, and analyzed the problems existing in drilling, and put forward improvement measures.
