He hoped that the whole industry would make greater contributions to the total energy consumption and the goal of "double control" in the 13th Five-Year Plan by further reforming energy conservation, technical energy conservation and management energy conservation. In the latter stage, the NDRC will strengthen the evaluation and assessment of the dual-control target responsibility of energy consumption in key energy-using units, improve the legal means of energy-saving management in key energy-using units, promote the innovation and application of energy-saving technology, establish the information management means of energy consumption online monitoring platform, and consolidate the foundation of energy management.
