On the afternoon of September 21, Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. joined hands with Shandong Securities Futures and Zhongtai Securities to hold the 2018 urea futures promotion meeting. 150 farmers from various parts of the country participated in the conference.

At the meeting, Jia Jian, deputy general manager of the company, delivered a speech at the meeting. He pointed out that the urea futures, which have attracted much attention recently, will be listed on Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, marking a new step in urea marketization. Haoyuan has 1.5 million tons of urea production capacity, with the first batch of applications for urea futures delivery warehouse geographical advantages. At the same time, Jia Jian made a further introduction to the company's development strategy, new park construction and compound fertilizer project.

The non-agricultural products Department of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange is looking forward to presenting a report on the rules and delivery system of urea futures contracts. He pointed out that urea futures are expected to be listed on the Zhengzhou Stock Exchange by the end of 2018, and detailed the rules of urea futures. After that, Lou Zailiang, assistant director of Luzheng Futures Research Institute, and Yang Yang, urea analyst of Zhuozhuang Consulting Company in Shandong Province, made further analysis on how to use urea futures for risk management and urea market supply and demand fundamentals.
