The leading role is to unify the employee's ideas into the rapid development of the company and the construction of Park projects; at the beginning of the year, all Party branches should actively do a good job of annual work summary and work plan; the office of the Party Committee of the company should actively carry out the evaluation first, commend the advanced; to effectively do the work of sympathy and assistance to the difficult workers, it is absolutely impossible for an employee to leave behind.
