From May 21 to 22, the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association (CNFIA) held its "2019 Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Working Conference and Six Five Council Meetings" in Hefei. Fan Dianzai, Secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the company, and Gao Yulei, Yang Jie and Jia Jian, deputy general managers attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Advanced Energy-saving Enterprise in Ammonia Industry in 2018", "Advanced Energy-saving Enterprise in Methanol Industry in 2018", "Top 20 National Nitrogen Fertilizer Enterprises Profit in 2018", "AAA Credit Enterprise in Enterprise Credit Evaluation", and was elected Vice-President of China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company Fan. Dian Cai was elected Vice President of China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association.

_Gu Zongqin, chairman of China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association, made a keynote report entitled "Unity and Strive Forward_Steady and Far-reaching_Strive to Create a New Situation of High Quality Development of Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry". This paper reviews that in 2018, the whole industry will further promote the structural reform of the supply side of the industry, accelerate the elimination of backward production capacity, adhere to green development, actively adjust the product structure, and achieve industry benefits. Combining with the complicated economic situation at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and analyses the new situation that the industry is facing at present, and puts forward new development requirements in the aspects of industrial transformation and upgrading, green development and safety management.

Gao Yulei, deputy general manager of the company, gave a report on the work "Accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrading to promote the high-quality development of enterprises". Share the development experience of Haoyuan Company and introduce the transformation, upgrading and development plan of Haoyuan Company.

_Participants and enterprise representatives also introduced and shared the key points of safety management of chemical enterprises and experience of safety management of enterprises, the development and extension of industrial chain of nitrogen fertilizer and methanol industry, the impact of urea futures listing on enterprises and risk prevention and control, how to improve the reputation of enterprises and problems and suggestions in the process of enterprise declaration. Information on the production and market of nitrogen fertilizer, methanol and industrial ammonia was distributed. The second national pollution source census included the accounting work and results report of industrial pollution source production and sewage discharge. The construction of product traceability system and the application of traceability system in chemical fertilizer industry were also reported.

_At the five meetings of the six sessions of the Board of Governors, the relevant contents of the revised "Access Conditions for Synthetic Ammonia" (discussion draft) completed by the Association were considered, and the proposals on the adjustment of the members of the Board and new members were also considered. Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. was added as the vice-chairman unit of the Sixth Council of China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association. Fan Dianzai, the Secretary and chairman of the Party Committee of the company, was elected as the vice-chairman of China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association.

_More than 200 representatives of the national nitrogenous fertilizer industry enterprises attended the meeting.
