Four Board of Supervisors in Five Sessions

Sixth First Supervisory Board

On June 27, 2019, the fourth and sixth supervisory board of Haoyuan Company was successfully held in Fuyang. The meeting was chaired by Wang Xiansheng, Chairman of the Fifth Board of Supervisors, and Gao Yun, Chairman of the Sixth Board of Supervisors. Mao Yongxian and Wang Ruishan, supervisors of the company, attended the meeting.

At the four supervisory boards of the five sessions, Haoyuan Company's Bill on the Work Report of the Board of Supervisors in 2018 and Haoyuan Company's Bill on the Implementation of the Resolution of the Board of Supervisors in 2018 were considered and adopted.

At the first board of supervisors of the sixth session, Haoyuan Company's Bill on Electing the Chairman of the sixth board of supervisors was deliberated and adopted.
