On the afternoon of July 5, the emergency rescue drill for the limited space poisoning accident in Fuyang City in 2019 was held in Fuyang Coal-based New Materials Industrial Park of Haoyuan Company. Exercise Hypothesis Haoyuan Company Park is under construction with an annual output of 6,000 tons of diethylene glycol amine project supporting tank area. Four employees of an anticorrosive company are working in the restricted anti-corrosion space inside the building of diethylene glycol amine tank. Because of the hot weather and poor ventilation, two workers fainted while working in the tank, and one worker outside guardianship was not called. In response, they immediately entered the tank for rescue, leaving a worker outside the tank for guardianship. Workers who entered the tank told the guardians outside that the tank was hot and breathless. They were preparing to remove two workers from the tank, but they felt tired and unable to move when moving the personnel inside, and the rescuers fainted in the tank. Workers outside the tank rushed to seek help. They happened to meet the operators passing through the inspection area. The operators quickly got to know the situation and reported the situation to the company leaders in an emergency. The company leaders immediately organize personnel to rescue themselves, contact 120 emergency center personnel to rescue, and report the accident to the city emergency Bureau and the city government step by step.

After receiving the accident report, Vice Mayor Wang Yufeng ordered to start the Emergency Plan for Safety Accidents and Disasters in Fuyang City. The Municipal Emergency Bureau shall notify the members of the Municipal Command to rush to the scene. The Propaganda Department of the Municipal Committee, the Municipal Emergency Bureau, the Municipal Health and Health Commission, the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the People's Government of Yingdong District and the Emergency Bureau of Yingdong District arrived at the scene one after another.

_The cause of the accident has been initially identified as anoxic coma caused by insufficient oxygen content in confined space. At present, after ventilation, the oxygen concentration in the tank has returned to normal. The accident newsletter has been released and the public opinion is stable. Li He announced that the emergency rescue was over.
