He said that the first phase of Haoyuan's park construction project is a project with an annual output of 500,000 tons of dimethyl ether and 260,000 tons of styrene, and supporting the construction of cogeneration comprehensive utilization, raw water station, soft water station, sewage treatment main station, substation and other public facilities. The project, with a total investment of 3.78 billion yuan, has been fully completed and put into operation in May 2018 and August 2018, respectively. It has successfully driven and reached the production standard once. The second phase of the project will produce 300,000 tons of ethylene glycol, 40.70 tons of synthetic ammonia urea, 6,000 tons of diethylene glycol amine, comprehensive utilization of fly ash resources, and research and development of high-purity special electronic gas projects in cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. At present, the project of comprehensive utilization of ammonia urea 40.70, diethylene glycol amine and fly ash resources with an annual output of 6,000 tons is under construction, and the project of ethylene glycol with an annual output of 300,000 tons is under system engineering design. It is expected to be fully completed and put into operation by the end of 2020. In addition, the third and fourth phases of the project will be implemented. After all the park planning projects are completed and put into operation, 500,000 tons of dimethyl ether, 1.2 million tons of urea and olefin downstream products, amine series products, ester series products and new material series products will be formed. By then, sales revenue will reach 28.5 billion yuan, profit and tax will reach 3.2 billion yuan, and 12,000 new jobs will be created. To realize the transformation, upgrading and leapfrog development of the group company.
