With a total investment of 3.78 billion yuan, the project has been fully completed and put into operation in May 2018 and August 2018 respectively. It has been successfully started once and reached the production standard, and all consumption indicators have reached the advanced level of the same industry. In the second phase of the project, an annual output of 300000 tons of ethylene glycol, 40.70 of synthetic ammonia urea, 6000 tons of diethylene glycol amine, comprehensive utilization of fly ash resources, and research and development of high-purity special electronic gas project in cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences will be constructed. At present, the annual output of 6000 tons of diethylene glycol amine project and the comprehensive utilization project of fly ash resource have been completed and put into operation. In addition, the third and fourth phases of the project will be implemented. After all the planned projects in the park are completed and put into operation, 500000 tons of dimethyl ether, 1.2 million tons of downstream urea and olefin products, amine series products, ester series products and new material series products will be formed, and the sales revenue will reach 28.5 billion yuan With 3.2 billion yuan of profits and taxes, 12000 new jobs were created, realizing the transformation, upgrading and leapfrog development of the group company.

in terms of environmental protection, the solid waste generated by the boilers and gasifiers in the park is used for industrial fly ash utilization after the comprehensive utilization project of fly ash is completed and put into operation. The waste is transformed. The waste water in the park is recycled to zero discharge device for treatment and reuse. The total investment of zero discharge project is nearly 100 million yuan, and the annual operation cost is 70 million yuan. At the beginning of design, Haoyuan adheres to the "green development" principle. Each index is designed according to the strictest standard. According to the national standard, the emission concentration of smoke, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide (reference oxygen content 6%) is no more than 5 mg / m3, 35 mg / m3 and 50 mg / m3 respectively. In the actual operation process, the emission of Haoyuan has reached To 2 mg / m3, 19 mg / m3, 30 mg / m3, far below the most stringent national standards.
