   in the production control center, Fandian introduced to the observation group the operation of production equipment in phase I of the park, construction progress of phase II project, construction planning of phase III project, etc. He said that the first phase of the construction project of Haoyuan company is a project with an annual output of 500000 tons of dimethyl ether and 260000 tons of styrene, as well as supporting the construction of comprehensive utilization of cogeneration, raw water station, soft water station, sewage treatment station, substation and other public facilities, which have been fully completed and put into operation at one time, reaching the production standard, and all consumption indicators have reached the advanced level of the same industry. The phase II project of comprehensive utilization of diethylene glycol amine and fly ash with an annual output of 6000 tons has been completed and put into operation. The reconstruction project of urea raw material route with an annual output of 400000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 700000 tons of ethylene glycol with an annual output of 300000 tons will be fully completed and put into operation by the end of this year. The third phase will implement the relocation planning project of returning the city to the park. It is planned that all the projects will be completed and put into operation by the end of 2022.
