On July 28, 2020, the 2020 shareholders' meeting and the second board of directors of Haoyuan company was held in Fuyang. The shareholders and directors of the company attended the meeting, Zhao Yongjun, deputy general manager of coal chemical business department of Jinmei group, attended the meeting as the shareholder representative of Jinmei group, and the members of the board of supervisors of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.

The meeting was presided over by Fandian, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Haoyuan company. In 2020, the shareholders' meeting and the second meeting of the sixth board of directors deliberated and passed 18 motions, including the proposal of Haoyuan company on the work report of the board of directors in 2019, and the proposal of Haoyuan company on the implementation of resolutions of the board of directors in 2019.

all shareholders fully affirmed the work of the board of directors, the board of supervisors, the management and the chief financial officer, sincerely appreciated the good performance and returns created by Haoyuan company over the years, and unanimously expressed their full support for the decision of the board of directors.
