Recently, the seventh general meeting of China nitrogen fertilizer industry association was held in Beijing. Wang Jiangping, Vice Minister of the Ministry of industry and information technology, Li Shousheng, Secretary of the Party committee and President of the Federation of petrochemicals, Cai ronghua, deputy director of the Industrial Development Department of the national development and Reform Commission, Chen Kaimin, deputy director of the raw materials department of the Ministry of industry and information technology, Gu zongqin, chairman of the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association, and more than 300 member enterprise representatives attended the meeting. Fan Diancai, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd., was elected as vice president of China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association.

At the meeting, Vice Minister Wang Jiangping and President Li Shousheng made important speeches respectively. The meeting heard and deliberated the work report made by Comrade Gu zongqin on behalf of the Sixth Council. The work report reviewed and summarized the achievements and existing problems of the nitrogen fertilizer industry and the association in the past five years, and put forward suggestions for the work of the new association.

Gu zongqin was elected as the chairman of the board of directors of the new board of directors. On a show of hands, the proposal of amending the association's articles of association, adjusting the membership fee standard, and changing the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association into the China nitrogen fertilizer and synthetic gas industry association were approved.
