Yang Guangrong walked into the construction site and production control center of Haoyuan company Park, inspected the project construction on the spot, and got a detailed understanding of the company's completed projects put into operation, the progress of projects under construction, and the overall planning of phase III and phase IV projects.

Fandian reported that the first phase of the company's styrene plant with an annual output of 260000 tons and supporting projects and an annual output of 500000 tons of dimethyl ether project have been completed and put into operation. At present, the operation of the project units is stable, and all consumption indicators have reached the advanced level of the same industry, realizing the long-term, full-scale, safe, stable and excellent operation of the plant. The second phase project of the park has completed and put into operation the project of 6000 tons of diethylene glycol amine with an annual output of 6000 tons and the comprehensive utilization project of fly ash resources. The reconstruction project of urea raw material route with an annual output of 400000 tons of synthetic ammonia and the project of 300000 tons of ethylene glycol are under orderly progress, and are expected to be fully completed and put into operation in June 2021. The third phase project will carry out the relocation and upgrading of Haoyuan headquarters. The total investment of the project is about 10 billion yuan. It will build six projects with an annual output of 300000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 400000 tons of urea, 200000 tons of caprolactam and 300000 tons of all biodegradable plastics (PBAT). After the relocation of Haoyuan headquarters, the fourth phase of the project will further extend and optimize the upgrading product chain, enhance the profitability, and develop in the direction of high-tech, high value-added chemicals, fine chemicals and new chemical materials. The fourth phase of the park is planned to invest about 4.8 billion yuan to construct six projects with an annual output of 60000 tons of isopropylamine and 200000 tons of polycarbonate. The total investment of the park's planned projects is 24 billion yuan. After all the projects are completed and put into operation, the annual sales revenue will reach 30 billion yuan, the profit will be 3.6 billion yuan, and 12000 new jobs will be created, so as to realize the transformation, upgrading and leapfrog development of the group company.
