In the production command center of the park, Fandian reported the production and operation, project construction and development planning of Haoyuan company to Zhang Tianpei. He said that Haoyuan company is a comprehensive chemical enterprise integrating R & D, production and sales. In 2016, it launched the project of entering the park, and vigorously developed new chemical industries such as new chemical materials, high-end chemicals and fine chemicals on the basis of expanding and strengthening the traditional chemical industry. At present, the first phase project and part of the second phase of the park have been completed and put into operation, reaching the production capacity and reaching the standard. The second phase of the project under construction is stepping up construction, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2021. The second phase of the project is to upgrade the industrial chain. The total investment of the park's planned projects is 24 billion yuan. After all of them are completed and put into operation, the park will realize sales revenue of 30 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 3.6 billion yuan, stimulate 12000 jobs, and realize the transformation, upgrading and leaping development of Haoyuan company.

Zhang Tianpei asked Haoyuan to continue to strengthen the construction of R & D team, actively seek industry university research cooperation, make full use of the existing resource advantages of the park, develop high-end fine chemical products, and explore a sustainable development path of industrial agglomeration, energy-saving and efficient, green cycle and intelligent manufacturing.
