Fandian reported to song Guoquan and his party the company's production and operation, project construction and development planning. He said that Haoyuan company is a comprehensive chemical enterprise integrating R & D, production and sales. In 2016, it started the construction of the project of withdrawing from the city and entering the park. On the basis of making the traditional chemical industry bigger and stronger, it vigorously developed new chemical industries such as new chemical materials, high-end chemicals and fine chemicals. At present, the first phase project and part of the second phase project have been completed and put into operation, reaching the production capacity and reaching the standard. The second and third phases of the park are the relocation and upgrading projects of returning to the city and entering the park, and the fourth phase is the industrial chain extension and optimization project. Fandiancai also put forward suggestions on coping with carbon peak and carbon neutralization. It is suggested that the whole industry should make efforts, the whole society should participate together, the government should take the lead, enterprises should take the lead, implement as a whole, and continue to promote, so as to realize low-carbon production and green production.

Fandiancai also suggested that Fuyang coal based new materials industrial park should be upgraded to a modern chemical industry cluster in Northern Anhui (Fuyang) to give full play to its resource advantages.
After hearing the report from fan Diancai, song Guoquan affirmed the rapid and healthy development of Haoyuan company and the scientific planning of the park project.
Song Guoquan asked Haoyuan company to continue to strengthen the construction of R & D team, actively seek cooperation between industry, University and research, make full use of the existing resources of the park, develop high-end fine chemical products, and walk out of a sustainable development path of industrial agglomeration, energy saving and high efficiency, green cycle and intelligent manufacturing.
