Fourth, comprehensively strengthen quality education, organize and carry out various forms of quality improvement activities such as on-the-job training, special training of key process skills, mentoring and apprenticeship, and further improve quality assurance ability. Fifth, carry out mass quality activities, organize the creation and evaluation of "quality model", carry out the selection of "quality assured posts", "rationalization suggestions", "quality experience sharing", special blackboard newspaper evaluation, quality skill competition and other activities. Sixth, actively carry out customer return visit and satisfaction evaluation to improve and enhance the service level.
