In the afternoon of September 7, a delegation led by Zheng Fulin, director of the Enterprise Department of the Anhui Survey Team of the National Bureau of Statistics, accompanied by Zhang Xueyi, leader of the Fuyang Survey Team, visited Haoyuan Company to conduct a survey on the manufacturing procurement manager. Pan Jiacheng, assistant general manager of the company, and Zhang Wen, director of the Audit Department accompanied the survey.  

Pan Jiacheng gave a brief report to the research team on the development history of Haoyuan Company and its recent production and operation. He said that under the guidance of the Fuyang Survey Team, the company has always attached great importance to the filling of the questionnaire of the procurement manager, arranged a special person to be responsible for the work of the procurement manager, reported monthly report data on time, registered standing books and filed paper materials in time.   

Zheng Fulin emphasized the importance of the index information of the purchasing managers' questionnaire. The purchasing managers' index (PMI) is an internationally accepted macroeconomic monitoring index and an important reference for the state to regulate the production and operation of enterprises.

Subsequently, the research team checked the questionnaire on the basic situation of the 2021 annual report of purchasing managers' survey and the questionnaire on purchasing managers from January to August 2022 submitted by the company, and conducted in-depth and detailed discussions and exchanges on the main difficulties and problems faced by the current enterprise operation and the prediction of the industry's development situation in the second half of the year. After checking and inquiring about relevant materials, the investigation team and the delegation fully affirmed the statistical work of Haoyuan Company.
