On September 14, Sun Guangyu, member of the Party Committee and vice minister of the Emergency Management Department, led a team to Haoyuan Company to investigate work safety. At the meeting, Liu Yujie introduced the basic situation of Fuyang and its safety production; Zhang Haige exchanged information on reward for work safety report and work safety of hazardous chemicals in Anhui Province; Liu Jian reported the construction, development and safety improvement of Yingdong Chemical Industry Park.

Fan Diancai reported the implementation of production, operation and safety production management measures of Haoyuan Company: Haoyuan Company strictly implemented safety laws and regulations and improved the company's safety production management system; Strengthen employee education and training and improve employee safety quality through "internal technician training", "master leading apprentice", "three questions per week", incentive production management personnel to learn the qualification of certified safety engineer, etc; In terms of project construction, strengthen construction management, and base on the source of essential safety; Strengthen management of special operations such as hazardous chemical filling and scientifically control process risks; Apply information and intelligent technology to improve the level of intrinsic safety; Through activities such as safety rationalization suggestions, pre shift disclosure, daily accident warning and learning, and investigation and assistance for people who are not at ease, we will innovate the construction of safety culture, improve the safety awareness of employees, and earnestly do a good job in safety production.

In his speech, Sun Guangyu pointed out that safe production is an insurmountable red line, which concerns the interests of the people and the safety of life, the overall development of the socialist cause and social stability.   We should focus on our work, focus on key areas, key issues and key links, continue to promote the three-year action of special rectification of work safety, deepen the centralized management of safety risks of hazardous chemicals, and truly solve the problems before they happen and before they become disasters. We need to tighten our responsibilities, adhere to the principle that the Party and the government share the same responsibility, that one post has two responsibilities, that we should work together to manage, and that we should be accountable for dereliction of duty. We need to strengthen the capacity building for safety supervision and emergency management. We need to guard against formalism and bureaucratism in law enforcement inspections, and firmly uphold the bottom line red line for safe production. We should ensure the effectiveness of our work, strictly adhere to work safety, focus on "first prevention and three improvements", resolutely prevent and contain major accidents, focus on improving the quality of employees, the level of intrinsic safety and the quality and efficiency of safety management, and strive to create a safe and stable environment for high-quality economic and social development.

After the meeting, Sun Guangyu and his delegation, accompanied by relevant leaders of the province, city and Haoyuan Company, went to the production plant site and the production control center in the park to inspect the operation of the production plant on the spot.
