The year 2011 is an important year for the transformation and upgrading of the company. The company has successively launched an internationally leading coal gasification device - the space furnace. Due to the large investment, complex process technology and high difficulty of the project, Wang Weifeng volunteered to take charge of the sulfur resistant wide temperature adiabatic shift, isothermal shift, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen washing and other projects in the transformation of the 18.30 synthetic ammonia urea route of the space furnace and the transformation of the 200000 ton synthetic ammonia raw material route. He is well aware of the weight of the task on his shoulders and does not dare to relax. In order to ensure that the project can be successfully started at one time, he has made a lot of improvements to the unreasonable parts of the process design and boldly adopted the most advanced technology to make the project put into production on schedule and meet the standard. As the tail gas recovery device necessary for the space furnace has been monopolized by foreign enterprises for a long time, he led his team to conduct many investigations and finally chose the wet tail gas sulphuric acid production process with domestic independent intellectual property rights, which was successfully put into use, broke the foreign monopoly at one stroke, obtained three national patents, and saved the company a lot of money.

In 2016, in order to fulfill the social responsibility of green development and cope with overcapacity in the industry and fierce competition among enterprises, the company decided to relocate to other places to upgrade the raw material route and product structure. At the critical moment, Wang Weifeng was also in charge of the project with an annual output of 400000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 700000 tons of urea and 300000 tons of ethylene glycol. From project initiation, process review to the full commencement of the project, he devoted himself to the project, and finally the project was successfully started in 2021.
As a leading talent in strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province, Wang Weifeng has successively presided over and participated in the construction of a series of major projects. In the long-term practice, he has accumulated rich experience in production management and project construction, made great contributions to the development of the company, and has set a number of firsts in the industry. He has successively obtained 3 invention patents and 16 utility model patents. He wrote papers such as Application of New Energy Saving Technology in Aqueous Solution Full Cycle Urea and Transformation and Improvement of Carbon Dioxide Gas Urea, which won the first prize of Fuyang Science and Technology Progress Award. Many innovative achievements, such as "development of new process and device for diethylene glycol amine production", "integrated application of new energy-saving technology in aqueous solution full cycle urea", "research on ECOSA wet sulphuric acid production demonstration device", have won the Science and Technology Progress Award of Anhui Province and the Industry Association respectively. Among them, his invention patent, "a method of synthesizing isopropylamine by hydroamination of acetone", can generate 30 million yuan of income for the company every year. After "a method of synthesizing diethylene glycol amine by diethylene glycol low-pressure method" was put into use, it broke the foreign technology monopoly and filled the domestic blank. "A kind of waste heat recovery device for temperature regulating water of urea high-pressure scrubber" can reduce the cost of the company by 3.6 million yuan every year.
