At around seven o'clock in the morning, Fan Diancai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Haoyuan Company, and Gao Yulei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, came to the old factory to receive retired leaders and employees who came to participate in the event. They shook hands and talked with them, and inquired about their life and physical conditions after retirement.

In the auditorium of the old factory, Chairman Fan Diancai gave a brief introduction to the company's development in recent years, and expressed his high respect and heartfelt gratitude to all the old leaders and employees! He said that today's Haoyuan has developed from a small fertilizer plant with an annual output of 3000 tons of synthetic ammonia and a sales revenue of less than 100 million yuan to a chemical enterprise group with an annual sales revenue of over 10 billion yuan. The company started the work of "retreating from the city to enter the park" in 2016, and the construction of the new area project is divided into four phases. The total investment of Phase I and Phase II projects is 9.3 billion yuan, and they have been completed and put into operation in 2021; The total investment of the seven subprojects in the third phase is 6.8 billion yuan, which will also be fully completed in October this year; The fourth phase is a project to optimize and extend the product chain, with a total investment of 11.9 billion yuan, including a series of new materials such as multivariate fully biodegradable plastics, bottle grade polyester, and differentiated nylon. The construction of the project is progressing in an orderly manner.

Fan Diancai stated that the 53 year development history of Haoyuan Company cannot be separated from the hard work and selfless dedication of retired comrades. Considering the physical condition of the old comrades, the company leaders arranged for the old comrades to take a tour around the old factory by car, with each car equipped with a commentator to introduce the situation of the old factory. At the old synthesis plant, old comrades get off to visit the factory they once knew, stopping to watch from time to time and discussing with each other about their work situation in the past. Subsequently, the old comrades continued to take the bus and set off from the south gate of the old plant area to visit the new plant area of Haoyuan Company in Yingdong Chemical Industry Park. After circling the new plant area, the old comrades arrived at the central control room. Gao Minglin, the executive vice general manager of the company, warmly introduced the project construction planning of the new plant area and the operation of the completed projects to the old comrades. Looking at the wide and clear monitoring screen in front of them and the sophisticated and intelligent operating system around them, the old comrades marveled at the rapid development of modern technology and the fruitful results achieved in the construction of Haoyuan's intelligent factory.

Immediately afterwards, the old comrades took a bus to visit the R&D Center Building of Haoyuan Company and took a group photo.

At noon, company leaders had lunch with veteran comrades to talk about Haoyuan's development.
