In order to adapt to the new situation of the company's development and further improve the comprehensive quality and management level of middle and senior management personnel, the company held a two-day leadership improvement training course for middle and senior management teams from April 19th to 20th. A total of 60 people including Fan Diancai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, and some senior and middle management attended the training.

       Before the start of the training, Fan Dian Cai, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the company, stressed that in the face of the new situation and new fields that are constantly changing at home and abroad, we must correct our attitude towards learning, sit down, calm down, and think about learning, thinking and gaining.

      This training invited Mr. Wei Quanhua, a lecturer of Beijing Hejun training team, to give a lecture, covering leadership knowledge such as team leadership and excellent team, especially the 30 sand table scenario deductions of team leadership, which are pertinent and practical. At the training site, each group carefully discussed and studied the plan on the issues raised by the instructor, conducted practical exercises, and the instructor commented in detail on the conclusions of each team.

      The training is goal-oriented, with trainees as the main body, sand table and scenario as the carrier, novel form and rich content, and the participants have expressed great benefits.
