On the morning of April 25th, the Anhui Provincial Labor Competition Promotion Conference to celebrate the "May Day" and the "New Journey of the 14th Five Year Plan for Meritorious Achievements" was held in Hefei. The meeting commended the advanced collectives and exemplary individual of the 2022 Anhui Labor Competition, the May Day Labor Award of Anhui Province, the Pioneer Worker and the "Anhui Craftsman".

Guan Jinjun, director of the air separation workshop of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd., was awarded exemplary individual of the provincial labor competition (winner of the provincial May Day Labor Medal). The comrade is mainly engaged in air separation work. Under his leadership, the first phase of the 70000 square meter air separation project and the second phase of the 90000 square meter air separation project in the company's park were successfully launched in 2018 and 2020, respectively. The energy consumption index of the first phase air separation in the park has reached a leading level in China. The second phase of the project adopted his innovative driving plan, which shortened the driving time by 4 days and saved the enterprise over 8 million yuan in costs. At the beginning of 2022, under his leadership, the second phase air separation rare gas system was optimized, and the production of rare gas increased by 1.5 times, increasing the company's revenue by over 30 million yuan. Since 2018, he has applied for and been granted four utility model patents. In 2019, he won the second prize of the China Nitrogenous Fertilizer Industry Association Technology Progress Award, and in 2020, he won the third prize of the China Nitrogenous Fertilizer Industry Association Technology Progress Award. He has successively received honors such as the Fuyang May Day Labor Medal and Fuyang Craftsman.
