The selection of reserve talents involves two stages: written examination and interview. 43 preliminarily selected employees will participate in the written test for selecting internship technicians. Based on the written test results, the top 30 will participate in the interview. Based on the interview scores and the verification of the applicant's awards, violations, and disciplinary violations in their work, the Enterprise Management Department will admit the top ten comprehensive candidates as reserve talents of the company after the applicant confirms the evaluation information themselves.
