On May 25th, the 2023 shareholders' meeting and the fifth meeting of the sixth board of directors of Haoyuan Company were held in Shengli, Fuyang. Shareholders and directors of the company attended the meeting, and Zhang Jinqiao, Deputy General Manager of Jinneng Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd., attended the meeting as a representative of the group company's legal representative. Members of the company's supervisory board attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.

The meeting was presided over by Fan Diancai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Haoyuan Company. The 2023 Shareholders' Meeting and the 5th Session of the 6th Board of Directors reviewed and approved 14 proposals, including the "2022 Work Report of Haoyuan Company's Board of Directors" and the "Proposal on the Implementation of 2022 Shareholders' Meeting Resolutions by Haoyuan Company".   

Zhang Jinqiao fully affirmed the various achievements of Haoyuan Company in 2022 and provided important instructions for the operation and management of Haoyuan Company. He emphasized that Haoyuan Company should continue to strengthen production, establish safety management, and ensure the achievement of safety goals. Firm confidence in development, accelerate project construction, continuously enhance risk awareness, enhance risk identification and prevention capabilities, and enable enterprises to achieve sustainable and healthy development.  

Fan Diancai stated that while focusing on safety production, risk control, and establishing comprehensive project evaluation, Haoyuan Company will make every effort to improve its safety management level. Standing at a new historical starting point in the company's development, with stronger confidence and higher morale, seize opportunities, seize the opportunity, and strive to promote the company's various undertakings on the new journey of high-quality development, to achieve stability and further glory!
