On June 8th, in order to solidly promote the 22nd national "Safety Production Month" publicity and education activities, further enhance employees' fire safety awareness, and effectively improve their ability to self prevent and rescue themselves and resist fires, a fire emergency drill activity was held at the R&D center of Haoyuan Company. Yang Jie, the Deputy General Manager of the company, served as the Commander in Chief of the drill, Pan Jiacheng, the Assistant General Manager, served as the Deputy Commander in Chief, and Jiang Chunsheng, the Director of the Security Department, and Zhang Ming, the Director of the Enterprise Management Department, coordinated on-site. All personnel from Haoyuan R&D Center participated in the drill activities.

The drill assumes that the rear kitchen of the staff canteen in the R&D center building caught fire as an accident. After restaurant manager Xia Xiaodong discovered a fire in the kitchen, he organized personnel to use fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting facilities to control the ignition point, prevent further expansion of the fire, and report to the duty personnel in the fire control room. The duty personnel in the fire control room reported the fire situation to the fire chief commander, and Yang Jie instructed to immediately activate the fire plan and notify the security firefighters to put out the fire on site. Deputy Commander in Chief Pan Jiacheng commanded the orderly evacuation of personnel on site. After hearing the fire alarm, personnel on each floor covered their mouths and noses with wet towels and calmly evacuated from the safety ladder to the square outside the building.

After the fire was extinguished, Yang Jie summarized and evaluated the fire drill process. He affirmed the completion of the fire drill and pointed out the shortcomings in the process. It is necessary to further improve the emergency plan for sudden accidents, enhance employees' fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and ensure the safety of personal and company property.
After the drill, the security firefighters also taught everyone the correct use of fire extinguishers and organized practical training on fire extinguishers. This fire drill has enabled employees to internalize their fire awareness and externalize it in their actions, strengthening their sense of crisis and effectively testing the company's emergency response ability in the face of sudden accidents.
