The debate competition mainly revolves around whether the key to safety production lies in strict supervision or conscious self-discipline. On the field, both sides engaged in verbal debates, with meticulous logic and clear organization, winning applause from the on-site audience. During the halftime break, the audience interacted with each other to answer questions and performed a wonderful cross talk performance called 'Safe, Speak One No Two', which not only eased the tense and serious atmosphere on site, but also allowed the audience to receive prizes and joy. After intense competition, Zheng Yaqian, the first opponent, and Shan Tsunami, the second opponent, won the title of "Best Debater".
Wang Jixue commented on this event, emphasizing that strict supervision is the foundation of safety production and the criterion for all safety production behaviors, which can effectively prevent and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents. Self discipline starts from a person's subjective consciousness, allowing them to subjectively eliminate their unsafe behavior. Therefore, in the safety production of enterprises, strict supervision must be the main focus, supplemented by conscious self-discipline. Both are complementary and indispensable. Strict supervision is guidance and restraint, while conscious self-discipline is the ultimate pursuit.
