On the afternoon of October 25th, Han Jun, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited Haoyuan Company to conduct research and gain a detailed understanding of the company's operations, technological innovation, safety production, environmental protection, and other aspects. Provincial leaders Zhang Yunsheng and Fei Gaoyun participated in the survey. Accompanied by leaders such as Liu Yujie, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Zhao Qun, Secretary of the Yingdong District Party Committee, and Fan Diancai, Secretary of the Company's Party Committee and Chairman.

At the production control center of the park, Fan Diancai reported to Han Jun on the production and operation, project construction, and development planning of Haoyuan Company. Haoyuan Company is a comprehensive chemical enterprise that produces fertilizers, basic chemicals, fine chemicals, high-end chemicals, and new chemical materials. The company actively responds to the government's call to "retreat from the city and enter the park" and is constructing a project in four phases in Yingdong Chemical Park. At present, all Phase I to Phase III projects have been completed and put into operation, achieving production and compliance. The fourth phase of the project is the company's chain extension, chain supplementation, and chain strengthening projects, which are currently under construction. After all the park projects are completed and put into operation, Haoyuan Company will complete the industrial transformation and upgrading from traditional coal chemical to fine chemical, new chemical materials, and high-end chemicals, shifting gears and entering the high-speed lane of high-end, diversified, and low-carbon development.

Han Jun emphasized that the development of the coal chemical industry in Fuyang has a foundation and advantages. We should adhere to high-end, diversified, digital, and low-carbon development, do a good job in the "coal head to tail" article, strengthen basic chemical industry, optimize fine chemical industry, increase market share of new chemical materials, and continuously move towards the high-end of the industrial chain.

Han Jun is highly concerned about safety production in the chemical industry. He emphasizes that without safety, there is nothing. We need to strengthen the main responsibility of enterprise safety production, be good at using scientific and technological means to strengthen safety management, and continuously improve the level of safety production.

Han Jun pointed out that it is necessary to make good use of the platform of chemical industry parks, accurately connect with the layout of emerging industries in the province, plan to attract a batch of key projects, strengthen and optimize the new material industry cluster, and create a modern industrial system that is in line with the resource advantages of northern Anhui.
