In order to further deepen the rule of law in enterprises and enhance the legal awareness of employees, on the afternoon of November 20th, jointly organized by the Fuyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Fuyang Municipal Bureau of Justice, Yingdong District Federation of Trade Unions, and Yingdong District Bureau of Justice, The 2023 "Sending Law to Ten Thousand Enterprises" and "Benefiting Enterprises, Warm Enterprises, and Promoting Law" themed law popularization event organized by Haoyuan Company was held in the report hall on the first floor of the R&D center. Vice General Manager Jia Jian, General Manager Assistant Pan Jiacheng, Sun Kaixuan, and representatives of employees from various units participated in the training.

The training event invited Anhui Lanbang legal affairs expert Qian Cheng to give a lecture, focusing on the precautions for "Enterprise Contract Risk Prevention" and combining case analysis to explain the meaning and application of legal provisions in a simple and concise manner, so that employees have a clearer understanding of contract law. At the same time, Qian Cheng systematically explained the main content of the Contract Compilation of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and the possible legal risks that may exist in actual operation, as well as the precautions during the stages of contract formation, performance, and termination. He also put forward corresponding legal suggestions for preventing legal risks in daily contract management for enterprises.

Qian Cheng emphasized that when signing contracts, enterprises should fully understand the credit status of their partners, clarify the rights and obligations of the contract, follow the principles of fairness and integrity, and ensure the legality and effectiveness of the contract.

The legal education campaign aims to improve the legal literacy of employees, enhance the awareness of enterprises in avoiding legal risks, and provide strong legal protection for the healthy development of enterprises through legal education.
