To improve the news writing and photography skills of the company's correspondents, strengthen the construction of the publicity team, and promote the smooth progress of the company's news publicity work. On December 9th, a communication officer training session was held in the report hall on the first floor of the company's R&D center building. Haoyuan Company invited Zhang Wei, a member of Anhui Photographers Association and Vice President of Fuyang Youth Photographers Association, to give a lecture, and correspondents from various units of the company participated in the training.

Invite expert Zhang Wei to provide detailed explanations on photography composition, lighting, scenery, and other aspects, and analyze each photo in simple and understandable language based on his own photos of meetings, events, people, scenery, and other examples. He explained in simple and easy terms the shooting techniques and blind shooting techniques of news photos, as well as the precautions for shooting news topics such as conference news, leadership inspections, and cultural and sports activities, enabling trainees to quickly master the basic skills of news photography in a short period of time. Zhang Wei led the trainees to practice on-site shooting and provided on-site guidance and answers to the problems encountered during the actual shooting process.
This training has enhanced the news shooting skills, news literacy, and sensitivity of the correspondents, applied what they learned, and improved the company's promotional work level.
