On January 12th, a special training session on the "Guidelines for Chemical Process Safety Management" (AQ/T 3034) series of courses was held in the training room on the fifth floor of the South Administrative Building in Haoyuan Company Park. The training was taught by Gao Minglin, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, and more than 120 people including General Manager Assistant Li Chaoqun and all safety management personnel participated in the training.

This training is the first specialized training course in the safety series, focusing on three aspects: "Overall Overview of Safety Education, Training and Capacity Building", "Planning and Implementation of Safety Education and Training", and "Evaluation and Improvement of Safety Education and Training".
Gao Minglin pointed out that relevant functional departments should comprehensively benchmark the 20 elements in the Guidelines, implement specific requirements, and effectively improve the compliance, compliance, and applicability of the company's process safety management. All safety production management personnel should apply the training knowledge to actual safety production management, achieving the integration of learning and action.

Gao Minglin emphasized that safety education and training are fundamental to enhancing employee safety awareness and skills. Security training should be closely integrated with business training and skill training. It is the responsibility of management personnel at all levels, and it is also a long-term and arduous task that requires joint efforts from personnel at all levels to continuously improve the company's safety production management level.
