He pointed out that for most industries and enterprises, personnel engaged in safety management are trained based on their own production and management practices, lacking professional and systematic training; From the perspective of government regulation, there is a shortage of safety management talents in various counties and districts, and universities, as the main battlefield for talent cultivation, have very few programs specifically designed for this type of profession. He suggested adding and increasing the number of safety management majors in applied universities in Anhui to meet the current government regulation and the demand for such talents in various industries, and to help promote the development of safety in Anhui.
