On March 8th, the fourth president meeting of the first session of the Fuyang Model Worker Craftsmen Association was held at Haoyuan Company. Huang Qi, a member of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, a first level inspector, the Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and the Honorary President of the Municipal Model Worker Craftsmen Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Fan Diancai, the President of the Municipal Model Worker Craftsmen Association, the Party Secretary of Haoyuan Company, and the Chairman, presided over the meeting.

The meeting listened to the main work plan, membership fee income, and budget situation of the association for the year 2024. The attendees focused on in-depth discussions around the main work content and future development plans of the association.

Huang Qi gave important instructions on the future development direction of the association. He stated that the association should fully focus on "four qualities, two types, and one high" in its work. One is political.   The second is honor. Honor makes people yearn, motivation makes people strive forward. The association encourages employees to actively learn from model workers, emulate role models, constantly hone themselves, strive to exert their perseverance, courage, and innovation, and enhance the association's sense of honor and belonging. The third is linkage. We need to strengthen communication, collaboration, and information exchange with the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and other associations, and enhance cooperation and exchange. The fourth is standardization. To establish and improve various rules and regulations, carry out work in accordance with the articles of association, and ensure the standardization and institutionalization of the association's work. Build two types of associations: one is an open association. We need to strengthen communication, establish cooperative relationships, learn together, and promote coordinated development in all aspects. The second is an innovative association. We should focus on innovation, be brave in exploring new development models, and inject new vitality into the work of the association. We must adhere to high-quality development. Centered around the center and serving the overall situation, we strive to promote the high-quality development of the association's cause.

Subsequently, Haoyuan Company briefly introduced the production and operation situation of the enterprise. The attendees actively expressed their opinions and suggestions, providing suggestions and suggestions for the high-quality development of Haoyuan Company.

Fan Diancai expresses sincere gratitude to all the presidents for their valuable opinions and suggestions.
