On March 13th, Liu Dongtai, the head of Huainan West Station of Shanghai Railway Bureau, Zhu Yu, the deputy director of Hefei Freight Center, and Liu Yiyun and their delegation went to Kouzi Coal Base Industrial Park for discussion and exchange.
