On June 14th, the 2024 shareholder meeting and the sixth board of directors of Anhui Haoyuan Company were held in Fuyang Shengli. Shareholders and directors of the company attended the meeting, with Chang Jinbing representing Zhang Jinqiao, Deputy General Manager of Jinkong Equipment Group, and members of the company's supervisory board attending the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Fan Diancai, Chairman of Haoyuan Company. The 2024 shareholders' meeting and the sixth session of the sixth board of directors reviewed and approved 14 proposals, including the "Work Report of Haoyuan Company's 2023 Board of Directors" and the "Proposal on the Implementation of Haoyuan Company's 2023 Shareholders' Meeting Resolutions". 

All shareholders fully recognize the work of the board of directors, supervisory board, management team, and CFO, express sincere gratitude for the good performance and returns created by Haoyuan Company over the years, and unanimously express their full support for the board of directors. 

Fan Diancai gave a brief introduction to the company's production and operation since the beginning of this year. He stated that the company will solidly carry out talent cultivation work, comprehensively improve the overall business ability and comprehensive management level of employees; Strengthen safety production capacity and detail control, conscientiously carry out job risk identification, and comprehensively enhance the safety performance ability of all personnel.
