On August 24th, Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. officially put into operation 46 key projects with a total investment of 20.1 billion yuan, including the first phase of the 400000 ton annual production of nylon 66 project in Fuyang City, adding new impetus to the upgrading of Fuyang's industrial structure and economic development. Liu Yujie, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the event and announced that the project would be put into operation. Hu Mingwen, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, delivered a speech. City leaders Li Zhiwei, Wang Bo, Zheng Jiukun, Yu Jianbin, Chen Dong, and the Secretary General of the Municipal Government Sun Cunkun attended. The Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, Fan Dian, will speak at the meeting.

Hu Mingwen pointed out in his speech that holding the official production and operation activities of key projects in the city is a concrete action to implement the requirements of the provincial party committee's leading work and promote high-quality development. He hopes that entrepreneurs will root in Fuyang, deeply cultivate Fuyang, resonate and move forward with the development of Fuyang, and promote high-quality economic and social development with more investment, physical quantity, and workload.
Fan Diancai stated in his speech that since Haoyuan Company entered the transformation and development of Yingdong Chemical Industrial Park in 2016, it has completed a cumulative investment of 18 billion yuan, and all 12 sub projects planned for the first three phases have been completed and put into operation. As one of the key projects in Fuyang City, the annual production of 400000 tons of nylon 66 project (Phase I) took 13 months to complete since its construction in July 2023, and was successfully launched on the 19th. It is another important milestone in Haoyuan's new journey of high-quality development. The company will take this as a starting point to vigorously develop the chemical new materials and high-end chemical industry, and help build Yingdong Chemical Industrial Park into a modern coal based new materials industry demonstration base with domestic influence and competitiveness.
The Executive Vice General Manager of the company, Gao Minglin, reported to the attending leaders on the situation of the Nylon 66 Phase I project. The project adopts the world's top proprietary process technology authorized by NVIDIA, laying a technical foundation for Haoyuan Company's further exploration in the field of high-end chemical new materials. Through advanced laughing gas emission reduction technology, over 14 million tons of greenhouse gases can be reduced annually, achieving the goal of both economic and environmental benefits.
During the event, leaders such as Liu Yujie and Hu Mingwen listened to the introduction of the production and operation of the project and conducted on-site inspections of the production workshop of the first phase of Haoyuan Company's 400000 ton nylon 66 project.

On that day, 46 key projects were put into operation, covering multiple fields such as new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, green food, new energy vehicles and high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, electronic information and optoelectronic displays. Among them, the number and investment proportion of advanced manufacturing projects reached 69.6% and 77.5% respectively. After being put into operation, it is expected to increase annual revenue by about 24 billion yuan.
