In order to solve the urgent and anxious problems of disadvantaged groups and assist in the construction of beautiful rural areas, in accordance with the spirit of the "Guiding Opinions on Further Improving the Operation Mechanism of Village (Community) 'Emergency Relief' Mutual Aid Societies" (Wanminshe Jiuhan [2024] No. 61) and the "Implementation Plan for Further Improving the Operation Mechanism of Village (Community) 'Emergency Relief' Mutual Aid Societies" (Fuminshe Jiuzi [2024] No. 6) documents. On September 25th, Zhang Haisheng, Deputy General Manager and Trade Union Chairman of Haoyuan Company, donated 20000 yuan on behalf of Haoyuan Company to Banqiao Village Committee in Tiaohua Town, Yingdong District, to assist Banqiao Village in establishing an "emergency rescue" mutual aid society.

Zhang Haisheng had a discussion and exchange with Yang Shi, the director of the Banqiao Village Committee and the secretary of the Party General Branch in Tiaohua Town, Yingdong District, to gain a detailed understanding of the collective economic activities, rural construction, and the production and life of the masses in Banqiao Village. They discussed solutions to the difficulties and problems encountered in development.
