In order to focus on skill education and strengthen talent cultivation, the 2024 "Fuchuanghui" Chemical Industry (Assembly Fitter) Vocational Skills Competition, hosted by Haoyuan Company, was held in the training room of the park from October 9th to 10th. Song Tao, Deputy Director of the Municipal Talent Management Center, Chen Yunfei, Director of the Yingdong District Training Center, and Pan Jiantian, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Company's Equipment, attended the event.

The competition consists of two parts: written test and practical operation. The written test is a theoretical examination of skills and knowledge, while the practical test is for the contestants to carry out on-site processing and production according to the requirements of the drawings within the specified time. 30 contestants from the production line competed fiercely, and the competition organizing committee reviewed and evaluated the rankings for recognition and rewards.
