On November 28th, the company's Youth League Committee held a safety production debate event on the fifth floor of the comprehensive building in the southern area of Haoyuan Park, with the theme of "Which is more important between safety production leadership attention and full participation of all employees". The event aims to improve employees' safety awareness, enhance young employees' attention and thinking about safety production, and create a good corporate culture atmosphere of "everyone talks about safety and safety everywhere". Assistant General Manager Wu Zhenhan delivered an important speech, while Assistant General Manager Li Chaoqun, Director of the Southern Production Office Fan Lulu, Director of the Northern Production Office Wang Feihu, and Director of the Southern Power Department Yang Xinling served as judges.

Wu Zhenhan stated that organizing safety debate competitions can effectively enhance employees' awareness of safety production, clarify safety management responsibilities, promote the improvement of employees' safety skills, and jointly create a safer working and living environment. I hope that participating employees from all units can take this opportunity to deeply reflect and discuss safety issues, and promote the construction of the company's safety culture through practical actions.
Subsequently, both sides of the debate engaged in intense discussions around the theme of the debate competition. The affirmative side believes that the attitude and decision-making of leaders are the key to ensuring safe production, which directly affects the safety management level and resource allocation of the enterprise. On the other hand, it is more important for all employees to participate in safety production, and each employee should take responsibility to jointly create a safe working environment. During the debate, the debaters from both sides cited classics, used data, cases, and logical reasoning to fully demonstrate the rationality and correctness of their respective positions. After intense competition, Li Lingxiao from the Southern Gasification Division and Zhao Yuzhe from the Northern Gasification Division emerged as the best debaters in the first and second arguments, respectively.

Li Chaoqun pointed out in the activity summary that safety production is a systematic project, and leadership attention and full participation are equally important. The two complement each other and together form a solid defense line for safety production.
