On December 8, a delegation led by Yang Yongqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the Fourth Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court, visited Haoyuan Company for research, accompanied by Su Yong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, Liu Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Yingdong District Party Committee and District President, Zhang Haisheng, Deputy General Manager of the Company, Wu Zhenhan and Pan Jiacheng, General Manager Assistants, Chen Dawei, Representative of the National People's Congress of Fuyang City, Director of the Instrument Workshop and heads of relevant departments.

Yang Yongqing and his delegation went deep into the production site of Haoyuan Park to inspect the operation of production equipment and project construction in the park.

At the production control center in the southern district, Zhang Haisheng gave a detailed report on the construction of the park project, the operation of production equipment, product production capacity, and product usage. Haoyuan Company is a comprehensive chemical enterprise that produces fertilizers, basic chemicals, fine chemicals, high-end chemicals, and new chemical materials. At present, all the first to third phases of the project have been completed and put into operation, achieving production and compliance. The fourth phase project is the company's chain extension, replenishment, and strengthening project. After all are completed and put into operation, Haoyuan Company will complete the industrial transformation and upgrading from traditional coal chemical industry to fine chemical industry, new chemical materials, and high-end chemicals, shifting gears and entering the fast lane of high-end, diversified, and low-carbon development.

Yang Yongqing briefly introduced the main functions, establishment background, and purpose of the Supreme People's Court Circuit Court, listened carefully to the opinions and suggestions of the National People's Congress representative Chen Dawei on the construction of the rule of law, and put forward valuable suggestions for the development of Haoyuan Company.
