Recently, the "Haoyuan Story Collection" essay contest jointly organized by the labor union and youth league committee of Haoyuan Company came to a successful conclusion. Intended to promote and carry forward the company's corporate culture, enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion, and record the touching stories of dedication, overcoming difficulties, daring to innovate, and taking responsibility and dedication that emerged during the "80 Days of Work to Win the Growth War" activity.

Since its launch, the event has received widespread attention and strong support from company leaders, workshops, and departments, with a total of 81 effective articles received. After careful evaluation by the judges, a batch of excellent works were finally selected, which vividly demonstrated the spiritual style of Haoyuan people and the cultural heritage of the enterprise from different perspectives and levels.

Zhu Qianqian from the Information Office won the first prize for her work "Mo Dao Sang Yu Wan, For the Clouds to Shine in the Sky"; Hu Laitao's "Ordinary Positions, Extraordinary Hearts" from the Chemical Machinery Company and Qian Meiling's "Working Together to Forge Ahead" from the Enterprise Management Department won second prizes respectively; Zhou Lei from the air separation workshop, Yang Ruyue from the adipic acid workshop, and Li Ruiqing from the fertilizer sales company each won the third prize. Their works showcase the spirit and emotions of Haoyuan people who dare to be pioneers and silently dedicate themselves. Zheng Xiaoqian from the Finance Department won the Best Story Award for his work "Warmth of Haoyuan, Huize Hometown", which tells the story of Haoyuan volunteers' contributions and responsibilities to society with sincere emotions and delicate strokes.

At the flag raising ceremony on January 18th, company leaders presented prizes and certificates of honor to the winners.

The award-winning employees have expressed their commitment to cherishing the honor and striving for excellence.
