On January 22nd, Haoyuan Company organized a symposium for 2025 Spring Festival team leaders, reserve talents, and youth league members. Gao Minglin, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, Yang Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, Zhang Haisheng and Jia Jian, Deputy General Managers, Wu Zhenhan, Pan Jiacheng, Zhang Chao, and Li Chaoqun, Assistant General Managers, and Qi Wei, Vice Chairman of the Labor Union attended the meeting. Employee representatives from various grassroots units also attended the meeting.

Gao Minglin stated that in the face of a complex and ever-changing market environment, all employees, under the leadership of the company's party committee and board of directors, have kept in mind their mission, forged ahead, explored potential, actively advanced, and opened up new opportunities in the development of the enterprise. They have solidly promoted various work such as ensuring safety, stabilizing production, and promoting construction, and the company's development has reached a new level. In 2025, the company will still face opportunities and challenges. We hope that team leaders, reserve talents, and representatives of youth league members will actively provide suggestions and recommendations for the better development of the company.  
Employee representatives from different positions actively spoke up based on their own work experience. They put forward opinions and suggestions on talent cultivation, employee welfare benefits, use of labor protection equipment, and optimization of management systems. The attending leaders provided detailed answers to the suggestions put forward by the employee representatives, and arranged for a dedicated person to record the meeting content. After organizing and summarizing the suggestions, they focused on studying and implementing the plan.  

Yang Jie, Jia Jian and other attending leaders made concluding speeches respectively, encouraging young employees to focus on their positions, work seriously, strengthen their beliefs, cherish the current work platform, continuously improve their personal abilities, broaden their development space, and strive to grow into young talents with ideals, aspirations and achievements in the new era.

The attending leaders emphasized the key points of safety production, requiring employees of all units to effectively enhance their safety awareness, strictly implement various safety rules and regulations, consolidate the foundation of safety production, and ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of production.
