Fan Diancai pointed out that 2024 is the decisive year for the company to achieve the transformation and development by withdrawing from the city and entering the park. The group company faced the challenges brought by the external situation, responded calmly, implemented comprehensive measures, and successfully completed the annual task goals.

This year, the company's overall safety production was stable, with fruitful project construction, continuous optimization of product structure, stronger adaptability in marketing, implementation of the "going out" strategy, decisive victory in exiting the city and entering the park, and new solid steps taken in transformation and development. One is the further improvement of economic strength. The company's product structure has been further optimized, and its development momentum has become stronger. The second is the frequent good news of project construction. The first to fourth phases of the park plan include an annual production of 600000 tons of bottle grade polyester, 400000 tons of nylon 66 (Phase I), and supporting facilities such as nitric acid, cyclohexanol, and adipic acid. All consumption indicators have reached the design values. The third is to further improve the level of innovative research and development. The production base of the park has been awarded the title of "Anhui Province Coal based Functional New Material Intelligent Factory", with 8 new invention patents and 20 utility model patents added throughout the year. It has also won 14 innovative achievement honors from industry associations, Fuyang City, Jinkong Equipment, and others. Fourthly, we will continue to make efforts to reduce costs and increase efficiency. The production system of the park has deeply implemented various cost reduction measures, actively carried out the "80 day hard work, win the growth war" activity, and increased cost control and potential efficiency from the four dimensions of "more, faster, better, and more economical". The fifth is to maintain a leading position in comprehensive strength.
