Vice General Manager Jia Jian delivered a special report on enhancing the marketing capabilities of new material products. He combined the characteristics and advantages of new material products, comprehensively sorted and analyzed the bottlenecks in cooperation with key customers in the industry, and formulated measures with strong operability. By segmenting customer groups, clarifying landing time nodes and division of responsibilities, a solid foundation is laid for expanding the market for new material products.

Liu Kechao, the director of the polystyrene workshop, and Guan Jinjin, the director of the nylon 66 workshop, respectively reported on the production control of new material products. Based on the actual production situation and the target market of new material products, propose practical and feasible optimization and adjustment measures such as production processes and warehouse management, improve the quality and service of new material products, and provide strong support for expanding the market of new material products.

Mentor Jiang Zhubing provides guidance and suggestions based on the progress of this week's work.
