From August 29th to 30th, Haoyuan Company invited action education performance mentor Liu Panlong to conduct a two-day conference control system coaching session at the first floor lecture hall of Haoyuan R&D Center and the fifth floor of the park's comprehensive building. Gao Minglin, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, Yang Jie and Jia Jian, Deputy General Managers, Wu Zhenhan, Pan Jiacheng, Li Chaoqun, and Sun Kaixuan, Assistant General Managers, attended the coaching session, and department heads also participated in the coaching.

Teacher Liu emphasized that meetings should start with the end, clarify the core topics and expected outcomes of each meeting, eliminate the phenomenon of "meeting for the sake of meeting", and ensure the output of executable solutions; Build a standardized process covering "pre meeting preparation, in meeting control, and post meeting tracking" to reduce ineffective communication and resource waste.
