From September 5th to 6th, Haoyuan Company organized a large-scale PK and empowerment control system coaching for the implementation of growth achievements in the administrative complex building of the park. The event specially invited Chief Performance Mentors of Action Education, Jiang Zhubing and Liu Panlong, to provide on-site guidance. Company Party Secretary and Chairman Fan Diancai, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager Yang Jie, Deputy General Managers Tian Huaiguang, Jia Jian, Zhang Haisheng, Assistant General Manager Wu Zhenhan, Pan Jiacheng, Li Chaoqun, Sun Kaixuan and other company leaders attended the event. Leaders in charge of each unit, middle-level cadres and business backbones observed the competition on site.

Assistant General Manager Pan Jiacheng made a summary report on the performance growth execution team stage, comprehensively reviewing the work done, achievements made, and shortcomings in the performance growth aspect in the early stage, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth promotion; Vice General Manager Zhang Haisheng provided a detailed introduction to the PK rules, indicating the direction for each participating department; Subsequently, Teacher Jiang provided targeted guidance on deepening the growth PK and provided valuable suggestions and ideas for the participating departments from a professional perspective.

In the PK stage, representatives from 13 departments shared the results of performance growth implementation in order of drawing lots, fully demonstrating the excellent achievements and innovative measures of their units in performance growth. At the same time, they also shared the problems and solutions encountered in the practical process. After strict evaluation and fair judgment by the judging panel, the team that won the championship was the North Gasification Workshop, the team that won the runner up was the Styrene Workshop, and the team that won the third place was the New Materials Sales Company.

At the control system coaching meeting, leaders in charge of sales, production, supply, enterprise management, and finance took the stage one by one to share their departmental core meeting control systems.

Teacher Jiang Zhubing has made requirements for the implementation of the company's meeting control system. He emphasized that meetings are the last mile of strategic implementation, and Haoyuan has completed the first step of "meeting standardization". Next, it is necessary to upgrade to "meeting informatization" and use modern information technology to improve the efficiency and quality of meetings, and further optimize and enhance the control system.
